To best integrate your new Medit IOS, we have developed the following protocol that you should follow in sequence.
Before your first scheduled video call with CAD-Ray Support, please complete the following steps:
- Go to Meditlink.com and Register as a Clinic Administrator
- Download and Install the Meditlink Software Application
- Unpack your new Medit IOS and connect it to your computer/laptop and make sure you can turn on your scanner.
- Configure your computer (if you are not comfortable doing this, we will do it for you remotely).
- Download Microsoft Teams (you will need this for video calls with CAD-Ray Support)
- Login to software and navigate between the Dashboard, the Case Box, the Order Box, and the Settings Box to get a feel for things.
- Watch the video below on Scanning Fundamentals, practice scanning some stone models, and practice scanning on real people, ideally team members or family.
