On July 8th, CAD-Ray Europe is hosting our first Mentor Training at the NH Hotel in Heidelberg, Germany from 09:00 until 17:00.
Mentor Training Overview
Goals of the Training
- Identify your goals as a Mentor and how CAD-Ray can help you achieve them
- Learn how to earn and hold the attention of your audience during (e.g.) presentations
- Learn key Medit workflows and tips to make you more interesting as a Mentor, but also a better dentist!
- Understand the social media marketplace and how you can grow your own personal brand and bring new users into your training program
- Learn about CAD-Ray’s unique business model and how you can participate in our success
Presenters
Dr. Armen Mirzayan has been using scanners, CAD software and milling units in his practice for more than 20 years. He is a former CEREC beta tester, key opinion leader, Basic and Advanced trainer the co-founder of CERECdoctors.com and has personally trained over 15,000 dentists worldwide. He is one of the leading experts in digital dentistry today, a Medit Master and the founder of CAD-Ray Inc. in the USA.
Ms. Mariangela Di Nato is a co-founder of CAD-Ray Europe and has been a driving force behind dentist CAD/CAM for more than 15 years working for Sirona Dental Systems GmbH in Germany and Austria where she personally developed the CEREC key opinion leader and Trainer network in Latin America. She also worked as a product manager for Sirona’s Treatment Centers before taking a position with Invibio (Victrex PLC), the originators of PEEK materials and most recently for Amann Girrbach as their Director of Commercial Operations with emphasis on developing a dentist-specific CAD/CAM system. Mariangela speaks: German, Italian, Spanish and English.
Mr. Roddy MacLeod is also a co-founder of CAD-Ray Europe and has been working with dentists and CAD/CAM since 1997. Roddy held several positions with Sirona, including leading the CAD/CAM business in the United States for more than 7 years where he built up the largest group of CAD/CAM key opinion leaders and trainers in the world. Roddy speaks English and (some) German.

Mentor Training Location
Arrival & Departure
Please inform us how you plan to arrive (flight, car or train) and we will make arrangements to pick you up at the airport or train station. We will also make arrangements for your return.
Guests of the CAD-Ray Mentor training are asked to arrive at the NH Hotel in Heidelberg on the evening of the 7th of July. The hotel room will be paid by CAD-Ray Europe. You are also welcome to stay for the CAD-Ray Grand Opening and Medit Owner Training event on July 9th and 10th, also at the NH Hotel. Again, hotel costs for the 8th and 9th will be covered by CAD-Ray if you are willing to help our new users during their training at the Grand Opening event and Medit Owner Training.
What To Bring With You
Please bring the following to the Mentor Training:
- Your IOS camera (Medit i500, i700, etc.)
- Your Laptop
- Case examples (analog models or digital files)
